How does the subscription plan work?
Simple. You take our club matching quiz, we match you with the right set, and they arrive at your door with your welcome pack included.
Your subscription runs for 89 days. During that time, the clubs are yours to use as much as you like. Practice, play, improve.
Before your subscription ends, we'll reach out to talk through your options:

✅ Continue with the same clubs for another 89 days
🤝 Buy the clubs outright
🔄 Cancel and send them back

What makes TGSC more flexible than buying clubs
We give you access to quality golf clubs without locking you into a big purchase. Choose the right set for your game, or switch it up when you're ready. It's golf on your terms, not the other way around.
Can I buy the clubs I subscribe to?
Yes, absolutely.
Buying is one of four options available to you at the end of every 89-day term. If you've loved your set, we'll be in touch before your subscription ends to talk through how that works.
Your options at the end of every term are:

Can I swap clubs during my subscription?
Not during an active subscription, no.
Each subscription is built around a full set chosen specifically for your game. But at the end of your 89 days, you'll have the chance to upgrade or switch to something different. It's the perfect time to take stock of where your game is and what you need next.
Can I resubscribe later if I cancel?
Absolutely, you're always welcome back.
Life happens and sometimes a break makes sense. Whenever you're ready to get back out there, just take the quiz again and we'll get you set up with the right clubs for where your game is now.
Club Details & Customization
How do I find the perfect set of clubs for me?
Once you complete our club matching quiz, we'll match you with the right set for your game. The quiz was built with all golfers in mind, from complete beginners to those looking to level up. We only offer clubs we'd be happy playing with ourselves.
Are the clubs new or pre-used?
All the clubs we send out are brand new.
Whether you're picking up a club for the first time or levelling up your game, you'll receive pristine, high-quality clubs straight from the best brands in golf. Ready for the course from day one.
Do I need to subscribe before I can buy clubs?
Yes. All club purchases happen at the end of an 89-day subscription term. It's one of four options available to you when your term comes to an end, and we'll be in touch before that point to walk you through everything.
Can I subscribe to single clubs vs a set?
Now you're talking.
Our standard subscriptions are built around full sets, but we're always open to a conversation. If there's a specific club you've got your eye on, get in touch and let's see what we can do.

What areas do you deliver to?
We're currently delivering across London only. We're working hard to expand to more areas soon, so if you're outside London, keep an eye on our socials for updates.

How does delivery work?
Delivery is completely free (Estimated 5 - 10 days shipping) and fully tracked for peace of mind.
We use trusted carriers and provide you with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery and choose how to receive it. Because your clubs are high-value items, every order is sent tracked and requires a signature on arrival.

How do returns work?
Simple and free.
We'll be in touch before your subscription ends with everything you need to return your clubs. We'll arrange collection or drop-off through our trusted partners and provide you with return packaging.

What happens if my clubs arrive damaged or faulty?
That's the last thing we want. If your clubs arrive damaged or faulty, get in touch straight away via WhatsApp or email us at ashton@thegolfsubscriptioncompany.com and we'll sort it out.
Payments & Policies
Do I need to pay a deposit or upfront fee?
No deposit, no upfront fees. We're here to make golf more accessible, not more expensive.
To help us do that responsibly, we carry out a quick ID verification step before your order is processed. It's a simple, one-time check that keeps things secure for everyone.
We do have a damage and unreturned item policy in place, but as long as everything comes back in good shape, there's nothing extra to worry about. You can read the full policy [here].
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payments are handled securely through Stripe, so your details are protected at all times.
When you subscribe, your card details are safely stored so future renewals are seamless. You won't need to re-enter anything. Just focus on your game.
What happens if I don't respond at the end of my term?
We'll always reach out before your subscription ends to talk through your options. If we don't hear back, your subscription will automatically continue for another 89-day term after a 7-day grace period. You won't be caught off guard though, we'll make sure to remind you in plenty of time.
Pausing, Cancelling & Support
What If I want to pause or cancel?
Subscriptions can't be paused or cancelled mid-term. Each subscription runs for a fixed 89-day period, so once it starts, it's locked in.
Before your term ends, we'll be in touch to talk through your options. You're always free to cancel at that point, take a break, or jump back in with a new set when you're ready.
